The MiniMed™ Clinical app allows users to conveniently access key insulin pump and CGM data directly on their smartphone.

Users can monitor their insulin pump and CGM data through the app to gain insights into their glucose levels and review their historical data, enabling them to easily observe trends in their levels.

Automatic data uploads to CareLink™ software streamline the process of sharing data with care partners.

It is important to note that this app is exclusive to the MiniMed™ 700-series insulin pump system, specifically designed for wireless communication with compatible smart devices. The MiniMed™ Clinical app is not compatible with other models of MiniMed™ or Paradigm™ insulin pumps. Please contact your local clinical representative for a list of compatible devices.

The primary function of the MiniMed™ Clinical app is to act as a secondary display for a compatible MiniMed™ insulin pump system on a suitable consumer electronic device, allowing for passive monitoring and data syncing with the CareLink™ system. It should not replace the real-time display of continuous glucose monitoring or insulin pump data on the primary display device (i.e., the insulin pump).

The MiniMed™ Clinical app does not analyze or modify continuous glucose monitoring data or insulin pump data, nor does it control any functions of the connected continuous glucose monitoring system or insulin pump. It does not receive information directly from the sensor or transmitter of a continuous glucose monitoring system.
